Review activity for each frame.

Open a frame’s analytics in your workspace to review viewing activity over time. Charts help you spot busy periods, while session records give the context behind the totals. You can compare a scheduled review window with the sessions that actually took place.

See access times and time spent.

Session start and end times show when remote viewing occurred. Duration describes the time a session was connected or retained for a short reconnect. It is not proof that a visitor watched the screen, read every page or understood the content.

A session is not necessarily a unique person: one visitor can start several sessions, and multiple people can share a device or internet connection. Keep those distinctions in mind when reading totals or comparing frames.

Understand IP and country information.

Activity can include the visitor IP address observed by the service and country information when available. Country information is approximate and may be unavailable. VPNs, proxies, mobile networks and shared connections can make the apparent location differ from the visitor’s physical location.

Neither an IP address nor a country identifies a person. Use this information to understand viewing patterns and investigate unexpected access, rather than to make assumptions about an individual. Visitor IP addresses are retained for 30 days; older session records no longer include IP addresses. Country is estimated from a local geolocation database, without sending visitor IPs to an external lookup service.

Connect activity to access controls.

A temporary password or limited viewing window helps define an intended review. Analytics then shows the resulting sessions. A one-time password limits session access; it does not verify the viewer’s identity or prevent screen capture.

Separate viewing time from engagement.

Remote-browser time is a service resource. Reconnect grace can consume viewing time even while the visitor is briefly disconnected. Analytics and account allowances should be read with that behavior in mind; a long session does not automatically mean a more successful demo.

Owners see their frames. Admins have oversight.

Frame owners can inspect their own frame activity. Administrators have wider controls for account and frame management, usage and operational review. Analytics belongs in the signed-in workspace: frame activity, visitor addresses and access credentials are not published on these product pages or in the public sitemap.
